2020 Running Reboot
I want 2020 to be the year I get back to running. I have set some race goals to step back up to halfs starting in May then if all goes well, run my 14th marathon in August.
This goes with my other goals of losing 20 lbs and eating more healthy food - apparently being fat on vegan food is fairly easy. Especially now there's so much variety of alt meat products (and they are really good). More veggies!
That's all I'm doing as far as goals for 2020, let's keep it simple. Improve quality of life, have my running clothes fit me again, basically feel better.
